Founded in 1995, Aurora Scientific Instruments Co., Ltd. (Aurora) manufactures innovative, high-quality electrodes, analytical sensors, and chemical solutions for users and OEM customers worldwide. The parent company, Analytical Sensors & Instruments Inc. (ASI), was established in 1989 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas, USA. In November 2019, ASI and Aurora, along with another U.S. entity, Van London Co., merged to become sister companies under a new parent company named "AlpHa Measurement Solutions, LLC." (AlpHa). The new company, AlpHa, is now part of Prairie Capital, which was founded over 20 years ago and manages six funds with more than 90 platform investments. Prairie Capital specializes in scaling companies and is enthusiastic about the rapid growth prospects of AlpHa.
