Lapeyre, invented a shrimp peeling machine in 1949, revolutionizing the shrimp processing industry. Intelec conveyor belts are composed of plastic modules that interlock or interlock in a brick pattern and are assembled using long pins, which significantly enhances the strength of the conveyor belts. This technology was invented by Intelec in 1971, giving it unparalleled experience in designing and applying molded conveyor belts compared to any other company in the market.
The molded conveyor belts invented by Intelec have brought about transformative changes in the transportation of food and industrial products. These belts, comprised of plastic modules and hinge pins, are driven and guided by plastic sprockets, offering inherent qualities that meet the demands of factory operators and designers: corrosion resistance, forced drive, high strength, low friction, wear resistance, and the ability to be customized into virtually any width and length, with options for various side panels, guards, and additional attachments.
