Fastic Group was founded in TAIPEI, TAIWAN in 1993, focusing its services on international FORWARDING, NVOCC and WORLDWIDE cargo import/export business.
Since 1995, FASTIC GROUP expanded its business to MAINLAND CHINA.
Following significant global transportation and logistics demands from top international enterprises investing in CHINA, Fastic Group established its first CHINA MAINLAND office in NINGBO, CHINA in 1995, and a subsidiary FASTIC SHANGHAI in Shanghai in 1997. GROUP MANAGEMENT made a vital decision to relocate its headquarters from TAIWAN to SHANGHAI in 2001. FASTIC GROUP expanded and opened other branches in QINGDAO, TIANJIN, XIAMEN and SHENZHEN to extend its service and enhance its new work competitiveness in CHINA.
In 2002, another important milestone, FASTIC GROUP launched its own CONTAINER DEPOT named "NINGBO SKYLARK CONTAINER CO., LTD", which demonstrated that FASTIC has become a TOTAL LOGISTICS PROVIDER.
With our comprehensive network in CHINA, FASTIC GROUP provides a full range of services such as CUSTOMS CLEARANCE SERVICE, WORLDWIDE MULTIMODAL TRANSPORT, VESSEL CHARTERING, FREIGHT FORWARDING, NVOCC, LAND TRANSPORT, SHIPPING AGENCY, WAREHOUSEING and LOGISTICS including TRUCKING and DISTRIBUTION throughout CHINA.
To centralize the management and control of its 300 employees, the top management of the GROUP required each subsidiary and branch office to set up FINANCE, RATING, MARKETING & OVERSEAS DEPARTMENT respectively to supervise performances. Every station manager of FASTIC branch office is responsible for business development, daily operations, sales and all related issues.
