2、熟悉TS16949质量体系，熟悉APQP、PPAP资料制作，熟练使用UG、AUTOCAD等2D/3D软件进行协同设计、结构设计，具有组织技术方案评审能力；

Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
● Be responsible for on-site commissioning, after-sales service and technical support of ABB medium and low voltage frequency converter products;
● Participated in the on-site commissioning and troubleshooting of ABB ACS6080, ACS580MV, ACS880 and other series of frequency converters in the hoist and mill industries;
● Prepare project debugging reports, operation manuals and related technical documents;
● Cooperate with the project's electrical control system to complete the commissioning and acceptance of the transmission system;
● Provide remote or on-site technical support to solve problems encountered by customers during the usage process.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
● Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in automation, electrical engineering, power electronics or related fields; At least 3 years of relevant working experience in ABB frequency converter commissioning; Familiarity with ABB's medium-voltage frequency converter product line is required.
● Candidates with practical debugging experience in series such as ACS6080, ACS580MV, and ACS800 are preferred. Those familiar with PLC, HMI and DCS systems will be given priority.
● Possess good communication skills, teamwork spirit and strong learning ability; Be able to adapt to long-term business trips and high-altitude working environments;
● Be proficient in using office software such as word and excel. Good reading and writing skills in English.

Your role and responsibilities
61 Work on APC/APCA projects end-to-end for Cement ,Mining Pulp and paper
61 Carry out independently activities of basic and detailed engineering of APC
solutions.
61 Carry out Engineering and commissioning of APC Product for Cement plant ,
Pulp and paper , and mining
61 Study of process operation and process control requirements and definition
of suitable simple, complex and advanced regulatory control strategies to be
implemented at DCS.
61 Ensure the engineering workflow is adhered and project is executed as per
the Quality Management System.
61 Prepare periodic reports (like weekly commissioning report, time sheet,
SAT) and update the relevant stakeholders.
61 Ensure Time Sheets are maintained periodically.
61 Ensure customer queries are resolved on time & maintain customer
relationship through professional approach.
61 Efficient in Process Analysis and estimating the areas where optimization
is required to enhance productivity.
61 Responsible for providing remote assistance to installed base.
61 Ensures the activities at site are in line with company health, safety, and
environmental policies.
61 Take required support from L2/ L3 support line and resolve issues on time.
Provide required inputs for L2/L3 support line for issues raised.
Qualifications for the role
61 B. Tech/ B.E from a reputed University with *** Class in Chemical
engineering
61 Over 3 years of relevant work experience in APC implementation.
61 Experience in Advance Process Control Technology and Automation principles .
61 Domain expertise in Cement or Mining
61 Basics of Control System & OPC Communication with PLC/DCS
61 Availability to travel for either short or long term assignment (50 % to 60
% travel )

1、全面跟进海迈斯及沃恩斯非标项目在重庆的生产实施；
2、项目启动初期对项目图纸进行分解； 
3、负责维护ERP系统中项目相关的物料编码及原材料； 
4、负责跟进项目生产过程中的图纸问题及生产问题的处理；
5、负责项目时间节点的把控，保证项目按时间计划有序推进；

  要求：
