ABT Digital Paper Co., Ltd., known as ABT, was established in 2007. The company, with an investment of 146 million yuan, successfully acquired American Kodak's paper manufacturing industry, coating industry, and related equipment and technology, marking a high-profile and substantial start to its mission of developing domestic platforms for digital papers and specialty papers. In 2009, the company chose Jiangmen Xinhui, a beautiful city with a strong diaspora presence, to set up its production base. Strategically located, it boasts excellent accessibility via water and land routes, being proximate to the谭江 to the north and the Yinzhou Lake to the east, approximately 18 kilometers from Jiangmen city center, 120 kilometers from Guangzhou, 180 kilometers from Shenzhen, and 100 kilometers from Zhuhai and Macau.
The first phase of the project is planned to invest 460 million yuan, aiming for an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons, primarily focusing on high-end specialty paper products such as photo paper, art white cards, release paper, wallpapers, etc. It also includes the construction of the most advanced printing, double coating, and composite production lines domestically, featuring automatic thickness measurement instruments and automatic grinding heads, which are pioneering introductions in China and represent world-leading technology. This ensures strong support for technical indicators like the flatness and uniformity of composite products.
ABT relies on the expertise of the South China University of Technology Papermaking Research Institute and leaders in the specialty paper industry to create a comprehensive manufacturing base that integrates research and development, production, and marketing.
The first phase of the paper manufacturing and coating line projects began operation in October 2013. Construction on the second phase, including four coating lines, started in August 2014 and has since been operational.

公司由法人担任总经理，直接领导财务部、行政部、安全部和工程部四个部门。考虑到项目施工地、开工时间等因素的不稳定性，现场施工人员主要通过分包给施工队或由招聘机构协助招聘临时人员，组织结构详见第2页图1。
近年来的主要工程业绩包括：南昌市红角洲水际活化工程、南昌市红谷隧道基槽开挖、南昌生米大桥航道清淤、红谷隧道锚块坑开挖、红谷隧道泥砂筛选及运输工程、红谷隧道南昌大桥桥墩防护及加固工程、南昌大桥及八一大桥水下加固维修工程、南昌市晨鸣码头港池开挖工程、南昌滕王阁游轮客运有限公司船舶案头前挖沙工程、青云水厂取水泵房下游部分河道疏浚工程、南昌红谷隧道管道一般回填工程、南昌红谷隧道管道水下清淤等水利工程。所有项目均在规定时间内按高标准、高质量要求完成，未发生任何安全事故，得到广泛赞誉。
公司常年合作单位有：广州打捞局、中铁大桥局、江西省城建建设集团有限公司等。
