上海赋同科技有限公司由中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所等投资成立，专注于超导单光子探测器（SNSPD）及相关超导电子器件与电路的产业化，是中国信息协会量子信息分会的首批理事成员单位。公司核心产品——超导纳米线单光子探测器的性能指标达到国际一流水平，并已在量子信息、卫星测距、量子时间同步等领域得到应用。公司的目标是成为超导技术和量子信息领域的国际领先小型高科技企业。

SNSPD芯片由中科院上海微系统所研发。该所自2007年起开展SNSPD研发工作，拥有国际先进的超导器件工艺平台。在国家和地方的支持下，实现了从薄膜材料、器件设计到加工的全自主研发。器件和系统的性能指标，如探测效率和暗计数率，均达到国际领先水平。例如，NbN基SNSPD器件在1550nm波长下的探测效率超过90%，创下NbN SNSPD器件性能的世界纪录。此外，片上集成滤波器SNSPD器件的暗计数率≤1Hz，探测效率≥80%，并已获得中、美、日三国专利授权。已有二十余套系统、近百枚器件应用于我国二十家用户单位，并实现了芯片出口。这些产品已被广泛应用于量子信息等前沿研究和应用实验中，相关成果在Nature、PRL、PRX、Optica等期刊上发表了大量高水平论文；其中量子通信合作成果曾入选2014年两院院士评选的全国十大科技进展，有力推动了我国乃至全球量子信息等领域的发展。

上海赋同科技有限公司于2017年投资成立了赋同量子科技（浙江）有限公司，厂址位于浙江省嘉兴市嘉善归谷园区，主要负责SNSPD系统的研发与生产。同时，公司作为日本先进电子束技术厂商Elionix在中国的代理商，代理其电子束曝光机（EBL）等产品。
