Certified under the ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System and IATF16949:2016 standards, the company offers high-capacity rolled ball screws (up to 10,000 sets monthly) with precision levels reaching C1, C3, and C5, making them ideal for use in textiles, printing, electric pruning, automotive, aerospace, military, and high-precision medical equipment applications.

北宸星云平台主要面向工业行业，包括汽配、电子、通讯、滤袋滤料等领域。这些行业企业具备一定的信息化基础，生产设备自动化程度较高，具备进一步提升的条件。北宸星云平台的优势在于：通过自研产品DCBox采集设备数据，实现设备互联互通，解决设备兼容性问题；后期与合作伙伴协作，按公司定制标准实现设备一键互联，应对行业内设备互联难、形态多样的问题。DCBox具备工控前端处理、前端存储和无线连接等功能，在实际应用中无需大量部署其他设备，降低施工难度和复杂度。通过数据分析模型，可更精准、更细致地积累经验，实现对设备参数的长期跟踪，根据设备运行情况及时调整算法参数，保障设备高效稳定运行，提升产品质量分析深度。北宸星数据科技（盐城）有限公司当前市场定位是为工业行业提供工业智能化产品和服务，利用DCBox实现数据自动采集和边缘处理，完成数据清洗加工；借助北宸星云数据模型，对工厂智能制造进行设计与规划，实现管理优化、设备效能优化和工序排产优化，从设备数据推算出人、机械、管理手段和物料辅料的合理组合建议，进而提出机器替代人工的智能化方案。
公司成立于2017年11月，是由寰球拓海国际集团（亚太）有限公司在海南省重点打造的景区水上娱乐策划运营及专业体育赛事整体方案供应商。是国际帆联、中国帆船帆板运动协会和国家体育总局水上运动中心的重要战略合作伙伴，同时也是美国HOBIE品牌中国总代理的股东。公司还是美国ASA帆船协会认证的航校。目前拥有超过5000小时驾船经验的船长30余名，员工共50多人，自有船只60余艘。股份合作共同体共拥有美国HOBIE牌帆船100余艘，其中GETAWAY型双体帆船40艘，T2型双体帆船42艘，16型竞技双体帆船20艘，以及配套赛事的各种设备，固定资产达2400余万元。
