a) Must have engineering and manufacturing or Tool & Die Maker degree or equivalent experience/

Background；Lean manufacturing and process development is an asse必须拥有工程与制造或模具制造专业的学位，或具备同等经验 / 背景. 具备精益生产和工艺开发经验者优先.

b) Minimum 5 years related experience in over-moulding or plastic molding；Having the ability to lead the development and debugging of molds and over molding processes, with prior experience in limit arms being particularly preferred. 至少 5 年包塑成型或塑料成型相关经验。能够主导模具和包塑工艺开发/调试能力，特别是有限位臂经验优先。

c) Must be able to read and fully interpret Engineering Drawings (GD&T) and Standards能够阅读并完全理解工程图纸（包括几何尺寸与公差 GD&T）及相关标准.

d) Good knowledge of over-molding dies精通包塑模具知识.

e) Intermediate computer skills in Spreadsheets, Word processing, Microsoft Project, Internet具备中等计算机技能，熟练操作电子表格、文字处理软件,

i) Knowledge of the APQP\ PPAP\ FMEA\ Poka Yoke, to master relevant process development or project management knowledge熟悉产品质量先期策划（APQP）、生产件批准程序（PPAP）、失效模式与影响分析（FMEA）、防错（Poka Yoke），掌握相关工艺开发或项目管理知识.
