职位描述

To provide professional support mainly in respect of electrical / automation for routine maintenance and the operation of production equipment. Maintain automation system align with site digital development, support and lead project if necessary.

主要在电气/自动化方面为生产设备的日常维护和操作提供专业支持。维护自动化系统以配合现场数字化开发，必要时支持和领导项目。Key Responsibilities

-Provide professional automation support on the machine or system trouble shooting. 。

对工厂设备或系统的故障排除提供自控方面的专业支持。

-Annual review production automation system, backup, upgrade activities etc, timely feedback for strategy need in automation, to ensure automation system in reliable sataus, to meet site operation need and future development.

及时反馈自动化发展需求，确保自动化系统运行可靠，满足工厂运营和未来的发展。

-Lead and maintain site production automation system development to meet site digitalization and project need.

领导和维护工厂生产自动化系统发展，满足工厂数字化和项目需求。

-Response for the software program (such as PLC and HMI) of machine automation part.

负责设备自动化部分的软件程序（如PLC和人机界面）。

-Support the TNJ project, ensure vendor design on the control system, network meet Mars standards.

支持新项目，确保控制系统、网络通信以及数据完整性的设计符合玛氏的标准。

-With coordination of manager, responsible for raising annual review on the automation related document, machine trouble analysis and treating method.

协同经理，负责发起自控相关文件、机器故障分析和处理方法的年度回顾。

- Setup and maintenance site automation net work.

工厂自动化层网络的搭建和维护。

-Other work from dept.

部门交办的其他工作。Qualifications

-Major: industry electric and automation, mechanical and electric, bachelor or above. Electric and automation work experience in the food company will be considered preferentially.

专业：电气与自动化，机械或电气本科或以上，有食品公司经验者佳

-Good at using Rockwell PLC, can do the program and commissioning independently. Familiar with the machine network and communication method between PLC.

熟练运用罗克韦尔PLC，能够独立解决程序调试问题，熟悉设备与PLC的网络通讯方式

-Good at using configuration software and programming.

熟练使用程序和组态软件

-General knowledge of mechnical and electrical works, safety rules and wiring diagram/machine drawing.

基础的机械和电气安全工作知识，能看懂机械和电气图纸

-Fluent in English

流畅的英语

-TPM knowledge for PM & AM

TPM相关的AM和PM知识

-Could use standard tools analysis trouble problem Such as Fishbone Diagram,DMAIC.

能够使用标准工具解决问题，如：鱼骨图和DMAIC
