SCM Director

1. Develop material procurement and warehousing plans based on the company's development needs and long-term, medium, and short-term sales plans, and be responsible for overall delivery;

2. Responsible for supply chain inventory management, including setting safety inventory and handling obsolescence, to improve inventory turnover rate and reduce obsolescence rate;

3. Establish a procurement management system, conduct regular market research, expand channels, and be responsible for supplier expansion, management, evaluation, etc；

4. Timely coordinate and solve supply and quality issues arising from the procurement of materials, production use, and customer service processes;

5. Other work tasks temporarily arranged by superiors..

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above: major in Equipment or Machinery related fields;

2. At least 5-10 years of international supply chain and procurement work experience, with knowledge of relevant regulations and technical knowledge; Have a deep understanding and rich practical experience in the entire supply chain information system.

3. Strong team management skills, planning and execution abilities;

4. Strong negotiation and negotiation skills, communication and coordination skills, and systematic thinking skills;

5. Oral English is fluent.
