资深产品应用工程师

1. Customer drawing interpretation: Material, GD&T, Specifications, Test and Validation requirements, Critical/Special Characteristic identification, Application surroundings. 客户图纸理解转换:材料，产品规格，测试和验证要求，关键/特殊特性识别，应用环境。

2. Create BOM, design and release the prints of components to achieve the lower cost from the application and design point of view. 从应用和设计的角度创建BOM，设计和发布零件的打印件，以实现较低的成本。

3. Develop the DV and PV plan following the customer specifications; communicate with customers till the DV/PV plan is approved. 根据客户要求制定DV和PV计划;与客户沟通直至DV/PV方案通过。

4. Track the DV/PV progress till full approval and sign-off from customer is achieved, like GM3660, VW Technical Engineering Approval (BMG). 跟踪DV/PV进度，直到获得客户的全面批准和签字，如GM3660，大众技术工程批准(BMG)。

5. Make the commissioning plan for the new equipment and implement with lab engineers together to make sure the lab equipment operation to meet the global OEM standards, especially European OEMs. 制定新设备的调试计划，并与实验室工程师一起实施，确保实验室设备的运行符合全球OEM标准，特别是欧洲OEM标准。

6. Liaison between customer and internal lab for product validation work. 联络客户和内部实验室进行产品验证工作。

8. Investigate, analyze, and do trials for the new technologies of the product, process, equipment, test instruments and tooling. 对产品、工艺、设备、测试仪器和工具的新技术进行调查、分析和试验。

9. Works with quotation engineer, Design and development of fluid handling solutions with customer engineering, especially German OEMs (VW, BMW, Daimler) to win new business both locally and abroad. 与报价工程师合作，为客户设计和开发流体处理解决方案，特别是德国OEM(大众，宝马，戴姆勒)赢得国内外新业务。

10. Responsible for the on-time delivery of each deliverable, which is related to product application at each AIAG/VDA/MLA stage. 负责按时交付与AIAG/VDA/MLA各阶段产品应用相关的每个交付品。

11. Involve and support quality issue investigation and resolution. 参与和支持质量问题的调查和解决。

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above in metal material (aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc.), welding, or mechanical engineering related field. 金属材料(铝合金、不锈钢等)、焊接或机械工程相关专业大专以上学历。

2. Minimum 5 years’ experience of automotive industry, prefer automotive pipe (i.e. A/C line, Coolant Pipe, EGR pipe) related products experiences for European OEMs. Successfully led and delivered project, good knowledge of product application, manufacturing engineering. 至少5年汽车行业工作经验，有汽车管道(如空调管道，冷却管，EGR管)相关产品经验者优先。成功领导和交付项目，熟悉产品应用和制造工程。

3. Good knowledge of automotive tools such as GD&T, VDA, PFMEA, etc., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, i.e. 8D, DMAIC, etc. 熟悉汽车工具，如GD&T, VDA, PFMEA等，较强的分析和解决问题的能力，如8D, DMAIC等。

4. Good customer awareness, Open minded, good urgent sense, willing to communicate, hardworking, good teamwork and engagement. Willing to work initiative and individually. 良好的客户意识，开放的心态，良好的紧迫意识，愿意沟通，勤奋，良好的团队合作和敬业精神。愿意主动和独立工作。

5. Good command of Chinese & English in reading and writing. Workable oral English. (German language ability reading, writing, and workable speaking is a big plus). 良好的中英文读写能力。有良好的英语口语能力。（德语能力-阅读、写作和口语优先)。

6. Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 良好的沟通技巧，能够与各级利益相关者进行有效的沟通。

7. Good automotive pipe products or process knowledge, familiar with related components and specifications, i.e. rubber hose, metal pipe, plastic tubing, quick connector and adaptor, misc. accessories, welding and brazing knowledge, leak testing, end forming, bending, etc. 良好的汽车管道产品或工艺知识，熟悉相关部件和规格，如橡胶软管，金属管，塑料管，快速连接器和适配器，等等。配件，焊接和钎焊知识，泄漏测试，端部成形，弯曲等。

8. Good command and high skills at one of AutoCAD，Pro-E，UG，CATIA. 熟练使用AutoCAD、Pro-E、UG、CATIA等软件。
