SQE 供应商质量管理工程师

1.分析、处理生产线物料品质异常，保证生产的顺利进行。

Analyze and handle material quality issue from production line, ensure production goes smoothly.

2.对物料品质异常的原因进行分析，和相关部门进行相应的改善跟踪。

And follow correlative corrective action with other colleagues.

3.监控供应商的品质表现,推动供应商品质改善。

Supervise suppliers’quality performance，push suppliers to improve their performance.

4.新供应商的评估。

Evaluate and qualify new suppliers with SPD and Engineering.

5.每月评估供应商绩效，年度查核供应商。

Evaluate supplier’s performance monthly, and yearly audit supplier.

6.供应商品质异常辅导。

Train supplier for quality matter.

7.给供应商发SCAR或NCR改善报告，并跟进验证供应商的改善效果。

Issue NCR or SCAR report to supplier and follow corrective action.

8.对IQC员工进行培训，提高IQC检验员的工作技能。

Train IQC inspectors, improve IQC inspectors’skill.

9.管理及完善IQC & SQE文件。

Manage and improve IQC & SQE document.

10.处理上级交办的其他事宜。

Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.

任职资格(Qualification) :

1.本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业。

Bachelor above, major in related science and engineering.

2. 3年以上供应商质量管理工作经验。

Above 3 years relative work experience in supplier management.

3. 良好的英语听说读写能力。

Good command of English on listening, speaking, reading and writing.
