金融或会计相关专业本科或硕士学历

Language语言：

Very good proficiency in written and spoken English / Chinese

Position Requirements职位要求：

Minimum 4 Years of experience with accounting, tax laws and regulations of mainland China and Hong Kong

至少4年会计、税务相关经验，熟悉中国大陆及中国香港的税法与法规

Duties & Responsibilities职责与责任：

Engage in day to day finance, accounting and tax operations and responsible for monthly book closure .

参与日常财务、会计和税务工作，负责每月账务结算。

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements, tax returns with tax computations, Social insurance contribution and filing with respective tax and regulatory authorities

编制月度、季度和年度财务报表、税务申报表及税务计算，缴纳社会保险并向相关税务和监管机构申报。

Maintains relationship with internal/external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, tax bureau and other government departments on company’s affairs, accounts, bank accounts, tax filing, etc

与内部及外部相关方保持良好关系，包括银行、审计师、税务局及其他政府部门，处理公司事务、账户、银行账户、税务申报等。

Co-ordinate with Billing team for issuing invoices/statement of accounts to customers, assist in issuing invoice debit or credit note for customers.

与开票团队协调，为客户开具发票/对账单，协助开具借项或贷项通知单。

Coordinate with head office and ensure general accounting, payroll processing, accrual booking, intercompany accounting, payment processing are completed on time

与总部协调，确保总账会计、工资处理、费用预提、公司间账务处理及付款流程按时完成。

Verifying purchase orders and new contracts, invoices, payment vouchers before releasing for payment.

在付款前核实采购订单、新合同、发票及付款凭证。

Preparation of funds position statement and taking necessary actions for inter-company transactions, loan arrangement.

编制资金状况表，并对公司间交易和贷款安排采取必要措施。

Responsible for carrying out customer and vendor reconciliation on a monthly basis.

负责每月进行客户与供应商的对账工作。
