1. Comply with all HSE aspects and support departmental HSE plans, including Process Safety Management goals and objectives.

2. Promote the use of behavioral based safety, wellness, and safety walk through programs.Quality.

3. Provide qualified resources of appropriate education, experience, and training to execute the roles and responsibilities.

4. Evaluate and approve Quality Plans, deviations, change controls, and qualification documents.

5. Operational/Technical Excellence.

6. Coordinate and lead periodic customer/supplier forums with utility service providers.

7. Ensure key engineering information and business processes are managed for document accuracy (maintenance documents, drawing management, equipment & process documents).

8. Productivity/Continuous Improvement.

9. Partner with Management leadership to implement a shared vision and align strategically with the company’s direction and customer requirements.

10. Meet the Process Engineering financial objectives through planning, directing, controlling, implementing, evaluating, monitoring, and forecasting as needed to achieve expense budgets and capital plan targets. Ensure compliance with the Financial Responsibility and Authorization Policy.

11. Sponsor and participate in six sigma projects.

12. Understand emergency management and site outage practices.

13. Partner with site master planning personnel to maintain master plans.

14.Complete other work arranged by direct leader

Qualification:

1. Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical engineer/Production engineer or similar education.

2. Min 5 years as Manager of an Technical function or as Production Manager, Facility & Maintenance Manager in a cross cultural working environment.

3. MS Office, possibly EAM or other SW for maintenance data and planning.

4. Fluently (oral and writing) in English and Chinese.

5. Experienced people manager with a good understanding of leading people with different cultural background.

6. Experienced Project management of Technical projects.

7. Interested in peoples interaction and contributes to a good team spirit and employee satisfaction.

8. Follows up on open tasks – and ensuring they are being closed.

9. Ability to see how things are contributing from different angles. Focused but no silo thinking

Capable of handling handle several task at the same time, and prioritize.

10. Abel to work and perform independent.

11. Be systematic in collecting knowledge, documenting knowledge and sharing knowledge.

12. Deep inside knowledge and experience within equipment for Machining, and knowledge about Material feeding, Blow moulding, heating welding, – and possibly also Air compressor and Chiller systems.
