Main Tasks:
- Identify customer needs and key criteria. Persuading customers that our products will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
- Building and maintaining a close relationship with customers. Tie customers with supply contracts
- Ensure that HUBER+SUHNER is always appropriately represented at the customer
- Prepare and submit customer quotations and negotiate deals
- Search for new customers that could benefit from HUBER+SUHNER products
- Perform technical presentations to customers and taking part on trade shows
- Pay frequent visits to key customers and maintain good relationship at appropriate levels within customers organizations.
- Proactively search new business opportunities. Understand customers’ needs, sell by value and design-in
- Together with the Railway Sales Management, keep updated the sales plan, which includes market studies (competitions, potential customers, and potential applications), local strategy, action plan and budget. Identify, understand and define the best strategy to sell products in this field of play
- Product presentation, product introduction, and program management, involving internal resources to achieve sales growth
- Maintain vigilance on Competitor’s products, technology offering and pricing in the target market
- Ensure GMS / IRIS processes are followed and collaborate with continual improvement programs.
Essential Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales position of railway business
- Skillful for account management and daily maintenance
- Be an entrepreneurial and strategic thinker
- Proficient knowledge of railway wire & cable or related electrical and mechanical products
-Customer oriented attitude and relationship development
- Persistent and can demonstrate initiative to develop new business
- Basic English reading and writing skills
