1. Teach English courses in middle school according to the curriculum arrangement;

3. Set reasonable assessment criteria and ensure students can understand them, systematically collect results on students' understanding of the curriculum and develop abilities under the guidance of the subject leader;

4. Create a positive learning environment that enables students to set realistic and challenging goals; Demonstrate effective classroom management and cultivate students' orderly and appropriate behavior habits;

5. Maintain good and effective communication with class teachers, teachers of other subjects, and parents of students, record and communicate students' learning progress; Record student attendance, etc.

6. Participate in various teaching-related activities, such as home-school communication, field trips, and related learning projects; And various school activities such as open days; Teach extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

1. English education background, bacbachelor'sgree or above, overseas study or work experience is preferred;

2. Over 2 years of English teaching experience in international or bilingual schools;
