2 equipment parts quotation、design and production , and provide the relevant technical supporting for the Engineering \Sales and quality depts.

3 Ensure all the welding engineering be designed in time & efficiently. All the related documents are completed on time according to the system required.

确保焊接工程设计按时按质完成。相关文件按系统要求准时完成

4 Design and establish an initial manufacturing process flow for weld products cost analysis, including the weld type and the test plan

设计和建立焊接类产品制造流程规范和工时标准, 包含焊接方式，检验规划等

5 Support NPI for DFM of Weld products. Support sales to get the quotation.

协助NPI制作焊接类产品的DFM(可制造性评估)。协助销售报价。

6 Process development and improvement for weld production.

焊接类产品生产工艺开发和优化。

7 The welding process development for copper and Aluminum, include the fixtures, tooling and the electrode design, such as the diffusion weld, resistance weld, friction weld, Ultrasonic weld etc.

铜或铝材质产品的焊接工艺及所需的工装夹具和电极的设计开发， 比如扩散焊，电阻焊，摩擦焊接， 超声波焊接等

8 Join the team to evaluate weld quality standard and Cosmetic inspection standard experience

参与评估焊接质量的检测和外观检验标准。

9 Mass production continues improvement, improve efficiency and cost reduction.

批量生产的持续改善, 提升效率及降低成本

10 Be responsible for technical support for sales.

负责为销售提供技术支持。

11 Ability to travel globally to support new product starts. Expected to be 10-15% annually.

具备全球出差支持新产品投产的能力，预计每年出差频率为 10%-15%。

12 Displayed ability for statistical validation testing and DOE, control of experiments.

13 Other's duty comes from supervisor.

Job Requirements & Competencies 职务要求与胜任条件

Education & Professional Experience 教育背景和职业经验：

1 Knowledge of welding process, especially copper and aluminum diffusion welding, resistance welding, induction welding etc.焊接工艺相关的知识，尤其是铜和铝的软排扩散焊，软硬排的电阻焊，感应焊接、摩擦焊、激光焊等

2 Knowledge of metallic materials, especially the physical and electrical properties of aluminum and copper， basic welding metallurgical knowledge of metals金属材料相关的知识，特别是铝和铜的物理和电气性能，各类金属的焊接冶金知识等。

3 Understand the inspection and testing methods related to weld products. Be familiar with related test instruments.了解焊接类产品相关的检验和测试方法。熟悉相关仪器设备的需求。

4 With experience of flexible BUSBAR manufacturing technology具有母排、软连接及类似产品焊接加工相关经验；

5 Relevant experience in automotive industry汽车行业相关经验

6 Proficient skills on Auto CAD or other software. 精通AutoCAD或其他制图软件。

7 Fluent written English and Mandarin skills. 英语读写熟练， 标准普通话。

8 College degree or above, major in welding or metal material is preferred

大专或以上学历，焊接或金属材料相关专业优先
