Job Summary & Objectives:
To be responsible for the formulation of marketing strategies of CHEVIGNON in accordance with the company objectives, execution of advertising and promotional activities, effective control of A&P budget.
Main Duties:
61 Formulate and implement effective A & P plans to achieve desirable brand image, maximize retail presence, on-field presence and to create strong brand awareness for CHEVIGNON in China.
61 Control of national A & P budget and supervise each region for all related A&P expenses.
61 Maintain good working relations with agencies and media to derive advertising/PR campaigns that would facilitate optimum brand and consumer awareness. Ensure effective media buy at both national and regional levels and to provide constant update on market intelligence.
61 Cultivate relationship with partners to strengthen brands’ image and credibility.
61 Responsible for the planning and the supervision of the national campaign.
61 Ensure effective implementation of A&P campaigns.
61 Constant visit to individual key cities to ensure effective communication among the A&P teams and key wholesales.
61 Works closely with product team for the tradeshow preparation to ensure impactful brand presentation to the wholesales. Provide A&P and display training to wholesales in regular basis.
61 Formulate effective A&P and visual merchandizing training and monitoring programs to wholesales in regular basis.
61 Strong digital marketing management ability:
61 Official online platform operation Plan and develop digital marketing communication materials.
61 Lead, direct and manage product promotion and sales opportunities through digital marketing platforms.
Knowledge & skill:
61 Advertising knowledge, media buy & plan, merchandising and display knowledge, good presentation and communication skills, supervisory skill, capable of using major software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, etc., fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Education, qualification & special training:
61 Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in marketing management or business administration.
Experience:
61 Minimum 5 years solid working experience in A & P and at least 2 year at supervisory level
Other requirements:
61 Proactive, result-oriented, hard-working, attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, creative, good interpersonal skill, willing to learn.
