Main Task
1.Collaborate closely with Dealer Sales Managers to enter and monitor quota requests & configuration in the related Porsche New Car system from start to finish.
2.Support NC and UC operations by addressing dealer inquiries and providing timely assistance.
3.Manage and ensure the accuracy of the sales data and related information, generate related sales reports based on brand requirements.
4.Stay updated on customer preference trends regarding car specifications, perform market and competitor analysis research according to PAIG’s specific needs.
5.Evaluate PCN policies and extract key points, and follow up on dealers' performance and rebate tracking.
6.Monitor New Car stock management to maintain optimal stock levels and efficient allocation across dealers.
7.Closely monitor Sales Consultants' performance and regularly report on their metrics to ensure targets are met and service standards are upheld.
8.Conduct internal vehicle transfers when necessary to realign resources, optimize inventory, or address specific customer needs.
Professional Skills
1.Bachelor degree, sound knowledge in premium car retail.
2.Excellent communication skills both oral and written; good command of English language.
3.Proactive attitude, highly self-motivated, stress resistant and diligent
4.Performance and target orientated.
5.Candidates with extensive knowledge of Porsche processes and deep in-sight into Porsche Holding standards are a strong plus.
