We will count on you to:

- Delivery survey projects on schedule by:

- Conducting job matching

- Collecting and verifying data from clients

- Generating reports for clients

- Conducting client presentations and simple training sessions

- Other customer support as required

- Establish connections with the clients’ HR/C&B managers. Build and maintain strong client relationships in the assigned client portfolio (locations/ industries) to achieve business targets.

- Interpret survey findings by drawing conclusions from data collected from clients. Provide industry/location specific insights and advice to address clients’ business needs as appropriate.

- As a project team member, participate in consulting projects by providing analytical support. May lead smaller consulting projects.

What you need to have:

- Bachelor degree required, major in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources (HR) and/or accounting

- 4 years’ experience in HR related field or 2+ years’ of consulting experience

- Fluency in English

- Highly motivated with strong team spirit, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn

- Organized and efficient

- Commitment to high quality and timely delivery

- Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Willing to travel to different cities
