The Sourcing Specialist will take important part in efforts of exploring, initiating and developing new suppliers. The main responsibilities for this position will be as follows:

· Searching new suppliers.

· Conducting factory audits, commercial and technical discussion.

· Follow suppliers’ approval process.

· Target cost down or quality improvements with new suppliers.

· Support Purchasing/R&D/Logistic for communication with suppliers.

· Analyze Market trends for different component groups.

· Other tasks assigned by manager.

Key qualification:

· BS degree in Electrical,Mechanical, Net communication Suppler Chain management, International trade.

· Good spoken and written English.

· Good communication, positive attitude, patience.

· Microsoft office knowledge.

Requirements:

· BS back group from electrical and mechanical will be preferred.

· Experience in LCD TV, LCD module, Tablet PC, smartphone manufacturer will be preferred

· Project management skills, working in a matrix Organization to managing a cross-functional team in order to achieve new product objectives.

· Be able to travel to supplier's plants, inside and outside China

· Component Knowledge

· The individual in this role will act as commercial and technical interface between suppliers and Vestel.
