职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Arrange and keep track of the schedule of the president including
organization of meetings, transportation and travel-arrangements.
2. Prepare and consolidate management reports, KPIs and materials.
3. Carry out special projects and assignments as requested; comply, analysis and prepare data for administrative reports and presentations.
4. Provide translation English/Chinese in written and orally.
5. Take meeting minutes and follow-up tasks during such meetings on behalf of the president and VPs.
6. Organize business trips for the president and VPs (flights, hotel, rental car booking and co-ordination of appointments).
7. Collect, screen and prepare documents for signature, explain, when required.
8. Keep control of the company stamps.
9. Office admin support.
10. Other business affairs requested by VP.
Requirements:
1. Very good command of Mandarin and English language is required.
2. Proactive, good communication skills, team player.
3. >3 years experience as executive assistant.
4. Proficient at Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel .
5. Ability to keep company secrets.
6. Open to learn new methods and procedures.
7. Excellent planning, follow up and time management skills, detailed oriented with positive attitude.
