职位描述

Main tasks :
1、Policy Research & Training:Research and explain latest Aftersales policies, especially warranties. Train dealer teams.
2、Internal Check & Improvement:Conduct regular checks on dealer Aftersales operations, focusing on warranties.
3、Market & Competitor Analysis:Monitor market trends and competitors; advise on brand strategy.
4、Standardization of Aftersales Operations:Unify Aftersales standards across dealerships to boost turnover and profit.
5、Performance Analysis & Improvement:Analyze performance, assist dealers in improving, and track results.
6、Parts Sales & Inventory Management:Optimize parts sales and inventory to maximize profit. Design Aftersales profitability plans.
7、WIP Checks & Compliance Assurance:Ensure WIPs comply with standards to maintain operational integrity.
8、Other work assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or above.
2、5 years or more years of progressive experience in an aftersales position in the premium car retail industry.
3、Able to communicate effectively with dealership staff, group management, and OEM in a clear and professional manner.
4、Possesses a rigorous working style, adheres to principles, and can withstand pressure to ensure compliance.
5、Skilled at analysing complex issues and capable of proposing practical and feasible solutions.
6、Written and verbal fluency in both English and Chinese.
7、Good command of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
High personal integrity.
8、Good business acumen and sense for business/sales opportunities.
