新供应商审核和关键部件供应商年度审核；

b) Assist quality, R&D, and Sourcing colleagues in reviewing the PPAP of key components every week;

协助质量、研发、Sourcing同事每周审核关键部件的PPAP；

c) Support procurement /Sourcing, R&D identification of key features of new products/new components, supplier CTQ identification and process management

支持采购/Sourcing、研发识别新产品/新部件的关键特性，供应商CTQ识别和过程管理；

d) Responsible for the approval of new components/new molds, full-scale inspection, and research on CPK/PPK process capabilities

负责新部件/新模具批准，全尺寸检验，CPK/PPK制程能力研究；

e) Coordinate the R&D, production, procurement, quality control and other departments to handle quality defects and delivery issues;

协调研发、生产、采购、质量等部门处理品质异常和交货异常；

f) Support the trial production of new product projects and solve quality problems in production

支持新产品项目试产，解决生产中的品质问题；

g) Participate in the preliminary safety regulations certification of new project products, the collection of water-related parts data, performance and reliability tests, to ensure that new products meet industry/different market standards and customer requirements before mass production

参与新项目产品的前期安规认证、涉水件资料收集、性能和可靠性测试，确保新产品量产前符合

行业/不同市场标准并满足客户要求；

h) On a daily basis, urge suppliers to analyze incoming material nonconformities, take temporary measures as required, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions(CAPA);

日常推动供应商分析来料不合格，根据要求做临时措施，根本原因分析（RCA）和纠正预防措施（CAPA）；

i) Maintain project documents (explosion diagrams, BOM, product specifications, certification materials, list of water-related components, test reports)

维护项目文档（爆炸图、BOM、产品规格、认证资料，涉水零部件清单、测试报告）；

j) Assist in managing the Engineering Change (ECN) process, assess the impact of changes, and ensure that changes are implemented properly

协助管理产品变更（ECN）流程，评估变更影响，并确保变更执行到位；

k) Assist in the production process review and finished product quality inspection of OEM products

协助OEM产品的生产过程审核和成品质量检验；

Qualifications 个人资质：

a) Bachelor Degrees in Mechanical, Mechatronics，electronic information engineering，or manufacturing, quality related.

本科学历，机械/机电一体化/电气/电子/制造/品质相关专业；

b) CET-6 with Fluent Oral English.

英语六级，流利口语；

c) 5 years above quality management experience, supplier quality management in Electronics/Auto prefered.

5年以上质量管理经验，电子/汽配行业供应商质量管理为佳；

d) Familiar with the ISO9001/TS16949, tools skills prefered APQP, PPAP, FMEA, QCP, 8D/CAR, etc.

熟悉ISO9001/TS16949质量管理体系，特别是APQP，PPAP，FMEA，QCP，8D/CAR等过程

管理工具和质量管理工具；

e) Familiar with injection, metal processing.

熟悉注塑、五金工艺（冲压、拉伸、焊接）和表面处理（酸洗敦化，喷漆喷塑等）；

f) Outstanding cross-departmental coordination skills, stress resistance and problem-solving thinking

能跨职能部门协调工作，有一定抗压能力和问题解决思维能力；

g) Adapt to frequent business trips and have experience in supplier negotiations and conflict management
