1. Prepare spare parts and service offer

准备备件和服务报价

2. Handling service sales orders through the whole order and deliver procedure

全程处理销售服务订单及发货流程

3. Tracing order status and update the information for customers and service sales

跟踪订单状态，更新客户和服务销售信息

4. Supporting service sales to develop sales activities

支持服务销售以开展销售活动

5. Supporting service engineer for the service schedule

支持现场服务工程师做服务计划安排

6. Co-ordination among customers, service sales and service engineers

协调客户、服务销售和服务工程师

7. Update and maintenance company’s database

更新和维护公司的数据库

岗位要求Job Requirements

1. Undergraduate Degree，1-3 years working experiences. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

本科学历，1-3 年工作经验。应届毕业生(需先实习)亦可

2. CET-4 or above. Good in English reading, writing & speaking

英语四级以上，听说读写良好

3. Familiar with Windows & Microsoft office

熟悉办公软件

4. Good communications skills, positive working attitude & high efficiency

良好的沟通技巧，积极的工作态度和高效率
