职位描述
Your Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the R&D team (system, software, hardware, function safety, testing, etc.) to conduct requirements analysis, design, testing, verification, delivery etc. for the deliverables.
* Engineering/Technical contact window with customer, Direct interface between Customers and internal departments for technical requirements implementation
* Organize regular project engineering team meetings to review technical solution, coordinate resources, resolve problems and conflicts, and ensure successful delivery.
* Responsible for the steering of internal and external resources for reaching the technical goals
* Organize technical activities smartly, to escalate in case there have cross-discipline activities out of due date and handle with customer complaints
* Lead production project quality issues solving
* Address and resolve technical requirements promptly and effectively
Our Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic and electrical Engineering or similar.
* Over 5 years working experience at least in automotives industry, preferable in controller, electronics system design or testing.
* Deep knowledge of project management (time management, budget planning and controlling)
* Deep understanding of automotive development processes and procedures
* Good skill for information sorting and analysis.
* Good technical and business language skills in English.
* Strong self-motivation, target orientated, good organizational skills, communication skills, and being able to convince and encourage people.
* Has good pressure resistance, and customer orientation.
