岗位职责 Job Description

客户开发与维护

国内外市场，通过企业拜访、行业展会等渠道开发跨境物流客户（电商平台、外贸企业等），完成年度销售目标

Develop clients (e-commerce platforms, trading companies) through visits/events to achieve sales targets

方案设计与谈判

根据客户需求制定物流方案（空运/海运/仓储），协调运营团队确保服务落地

Design logistics solutions (air/ocean/warehousing) and coordinate operations for service delivery

市场分析与竞对监控

调研行业动态与竞争对手价格政策，定期提交市场分析报告

Research market trends & competitor pricing, submit regular analysis reports

账款管理与客户服务

跟进合同执行情况，协调处理运输异常问题，确保应收账款及时回收

Monitor contract execution, resolve shipment issues, ensure timely payment collection

擅长使用CRM系统管理客户信息

Key Skills: Client development (Middle East clients preferred); Fluent English; CRM proficiency

我们需要您 Our Requirements

经验要求：2年以上国际物流销售经验，熟悉空运/跨境电商物流流程

*2+ years in international logistics sales, familiar with air freight/cross-border processes*

核心能力：

Core competencies:

能独立开发维护客户，有中东客户资源者优先

Can independently develop and maintain customers, those with Middle Eastern customer resources are preferred

英语流利，可熟练撰写方案及商务谈判

Fluent in English, proficient in writing proposals and business negotiations

学历要求：

Education requirements:

大专及以上学历，物流/国际贸易相关专业优先

Diploma or above, logistics/international trade background preferred
