Job Title: Marketing Communication Manager
Location: Shanghai, China

We specialize in providing high-end, curated cultural experiences, combining luxury travel with deep cultural engagement. Our members are discerning and appreciative of fine arts, culture, and heritage, and our brand embodies refinement, exclusivity, and cultural exploration.
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team at FineWonders. This individual will play a key role in defining and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and increase engagement across all channels. You will be responsible for shaping our marketing vision, working closely with senior management team of FineWonders, and leading marketing initiatives that promote FineWonders study tours to our target audience in multiple marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative and data-driven marketing strategies to build and grow the FineWonders brand in both domestic and international markets.
61 Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, print, social media, and events).
61 Brand Development: Work to strengthen the brand's positioning in the luxury and cultural travel sectors. Ensure that all marketing efforts align with FineWonders' values and target audience.
61 Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (website, articles, social media platform posts, podcast, videos etc.) that reflects the cultural richness and luxury experience of our brand.
61 Marketing Collaterals: Produce and manage all marketing assets, product collaterals, posters, brochures including all design materials.
61 Customer Acquisition & Retention: Identify opportunities to attract new clients while ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of existing ones.
61 Market Research & Analytics: Conduct regular market research to stay on top of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Use data to inform decision-making and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
61 Partnership Management: Collaborate with external partners, influencers, PR channels and medias to promote FineWonders brand. Negotiate partnerships and manage relationships.
61 Budget Management: Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI on all campaigns and activities.
61 Event Planning: Coordinate and oversee marketing activities related to key events such as new product line launches, VIP gatherings, and cultural workshops.
61 Reporting: Monthly timely report and review with FineWonders stakeholders; manage 3rd party marketing vendors and in-house marketing exective or interns.
Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
61 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury, travel, education or cultural sectors.
61 Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including social medias ( Little Redbook, Tiktok, Wechat platform etc), search engine marketing, and email marketing etc.
61 Experience in PR and event management.
61 Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
61 Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and managing large-scale initiatives.
61 Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
61 Fluent in both Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
61 Passion for working for a growing and start-up company, cultivating cultural experiences and proving high-end customer services.
61 Flexiblity in frequent travel both domestic and internationally.

Salary: 150,000 – 180,000 RMB per year( TBD)
Bonus: 1-2 months’ salary based on reaching personal and team target

61 战略规划和品牌建设:
设计并执行全年的市场营销策略和计划,提升Fine Wonders放翁游学品牌在国内外市场的影响力。
加强品牌在中国高端文化旅游领域的定位,确保所有市场推广活动符合放翁游学的的品牌价值和目标受众。
61 预算管理: 管理并优化市场预算,确保所有活动和项目的***投资回报。
61 活动策划和PR发布:
市场活动开发与执行,运用线上线下多种营销推广平台(数字、社交媒体抖音小红书视频号、线上线下活动等)来宣传品牌以及获客,提升转化率。
负责与关键活动相关的市场营销策划,如新线路发布会、VIP客户回馈、老客户聚会和文化工作坊等。
61 内容创作和管理供应商:
监督高质量的内容创作(网站内容,播客,社交媒体内容发布、视频制作等),以定期高质量的内容输出来展示放翁品牌的文化底蕴,加强用户体验。
61 客户获取与维护:
开发新的推广渠道,寻找吸引新客户的机会,并确保老客户的满意度和忠诚度。
61 市场调研与数据分析: 定期进行市场调研,掌握行业趋势、客户偏好及竞争对手策略。运用数据推动决策,评估营销活动效果。
61 合作伙伴管理:
与内部以及外部合作伙伴、意见领袖及媒体等开展合作,洽谈品牌合作机会并维护内外部的合作伙伴关系。
职位要求:
61 本科及以上学历,市场营销、商业管理、传播学等相关专业。
61 5年以上市场营销经验,具有奢侈品、高端旅游、教育或文化行业背景者优先。
61 精通数字营销平台,包括但不限于网站,搜索引擎,社交媒体,PR, 邮件和微信营销等
61 优秀的沟通能力和项目管理能力,擅长跨部门协作。
61 有成功管理大型项目的市场经验。
61 能够分析数据,并转化为可执行的策略。
61 流利的中英文沟通能力(书面及口语)。
61 对国内外的文化体验和服务高端客户充满热情。
