Evaluate the product: specifications: from the' customer. (geometry,' tolerances,' relations· between components, mechanical stiffness, modal response and-other specifications) and-define the product.architecture/BOM· (number- of· components,' materials,' surface· treatments other product. related.characteristics)-to-meet the requirements-in terms-of product-response

Perform product calculations including stiffness and modal analysis to verify the product-definition and specifications

Make the product -design-(3d-models and 2D-drawings)-including-GD&T-definition and-simulation Participate on the application of quality tools·(APQP process), specifically the product architecture definition product-functional analysis and product-FMEA

Support Business:Units requests on product related difficulties by providing local- investigation and solutions

Participate on the research-of-new-product solutions and application of-new materials and processes

- Reading, interpreting and defining technical drawings including GD&T definition;

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills using DMAIC process (define, measure, …);

- Knowledge of development tools: APQP , MSA, SPC , FMEA, Value Stream Mapping) and RPPC;

- High skills on the Design CAD tools and Product CAE tools;

- Product Definition and Assembly process techniques (welding, structural bounding, clipping) (key decision factor)
