2.负责技改项目的申请、方案制订、技术交流、安调进度、终验、资产入账等。

4.负责本工段机器人设备（ABB工业、喷涂机器人/车身机器人，ABB等）的持续改进及优化。

5.就分管设备对维修工的TPM、PM进行抽检，负责对分管设备编制工艺文件、对维修工于操作工进行培训、巡检分管设备。

Spot check the TPM and PM of the maintenance workers for the equipment in charge, prepare the process documents for the equipment in charge, train the maintenance workers and operators, and inspect the equipment in charge.

6.安全穿戴PPE，支持并参与现场抢修，跟踪解决设备疑难杂症，对分管设备进行PCR跟踪。

7.负责工段看板分管内容的更新及改善，完善设备保全工艺文件体系、完成公司各项体系审核。

8.配合主管对维修班组进行检查与考核。

Cooperate with the supervisor to inspect and assess the maintenance team.

9.负责备件工作的国产化工作，跟踪外包修理件的状态并控制成本。
