Assistant Engineer, Mechanical(006357)

1. Learn from BASF maintenance management concept, and Reliability management strategy to develop the technical skill and competent.

2. Support team to roll out the program to approach the high efficiency Condition monitoring management

3. Coordinate with clusters to develop site condition monitoring strategies and prepare asset health assessment and dashboard

4. Learning and support team to provide critical equipment (Class A and Class B) condition monitoring with expertise data analysis, work out the recommendation and solution proposal

任职要求:

1. Master degree in technical, engineering or chemical related.

2. 0~3 years’ related work experience, fresh graduates are also welcome.

3. Strong behavioral skills in Achievement Drive and Impact & Influence.

4. Good communication skills and Customer Focus.

5. Good Learning ability and self-development.

6. Fluent English in spoken and written.
