Marketing Assistant 市场营销专员

ARC Group Limited is currently looking for a Marketing Assistant for our Shanghai office to support our expanding efforts worldwide. As a Marketing Assistant , you’ll work with the marketing team to develop and execute the marketing Strategy. From email campaigns to website content, events to advertising and press releases, you will support the company positioning, defining the right communication channels, defining the content and design, preparing all the supporting documentation and updating the website and social media.

Your Role and responsibilities：

· Work with the Marketing team to design and implement the right Marketing Strategy.

· Creating different strategies depending on the market, China vs West Countries.

· Develop China and US focused content in the form of news articles, email campaigns, sponsored editorial, Wechat, LinkedIn posts and other assets that build our brand.

· Build and maintain a library of case studies that illustrate how SPAC, IPO and M&A clients get value from the solutions we provide them.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key industry websites to grow our visibility in the region through events, paid media and earned media

· Proven track record of continually developing new skills and closing knowledge gaps, with a “lifelong learner” mindset

· Take ownership of marketing results. Including number of followers and leads generation thought the new channels.

We Expect You To Have：

· Experience in the finance industry with demonstrated understanding of the institutional marketplace or capital markets.

· Portfolio of outstanding writing samples that demonstrate an ability to write clear, concise and compelling content

· Understanding of digital marketing tactics, from social to SEO

· Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment with aggressive goals

· Demonstrated business acumen: understanding the role of marketing within a broader revenue organization

· Demonstrated history of using quantitative data to analyze results and adjust strategy accordingly

· Proven track record of initiating continuous improvement efforts

· Ability to distinguish between strategy and tactics, high-impact priorities and low-impact activities, with the discipline to remain focused on priorities and the flexibility to pivot if conditions change

· Ability to work on a global team and productively the colleagues about meaningful cultural differences

About You：

＞ You have around 3 years experience in marketing or writing for the financial media;

＞ a portfolio of writing samples demonstrating your industry knowledge;

＞ a BA/BS degree at minimum.

＞ Strong candidates may also offer a Foundations certificate from the CFA;

＞ Experience in web design;

＞ Knowledge of audience analysis and/or visual communication;

＞ And experience managing others.

＞ 并有带团队的经验。
