Assist EHS supervisor and manager in formulating EHS related rules & regulations, operating procedures and emergency plans, maintain EHS system documents, and supervise the implementation of each department.

61 组织和执行EHS现场检查，对检查出来的EHS隐患，提出有建设性的建议和相应的整改措施。

Organize and conduct EHS on-site inspection and put forward constructive suggestions & corresponding rectification measures for EHS risks.

61 参与EHS风险评估和管理，EHS许可证的审批， EHS事故调查，事故整改与预防措施。

Participate in EHS risk assessment and management, EHS work ticket approval, EHS accident investigation & rectification, and develop prevention measures.

61 监督和检查公司EHS项目执行状况，包括跟进EHS CAPEX项目，及时排查隐患，提出整改建议。

Supervise and inspect the implementation status of EHS projects, including following up EHS CAPEX projects, investigating EHS risks in time, and proposing rectification suggestions.

61 协调摩根集团EHS框架在公司内部的推广，包括工艺安全管理，人机工程学和现场具体整改的推广和实施，参与各项审计等。

Coordinate the extension of the Morgan EHS framework, including the extension and implementation of process safety management, ergonomics and on-site specific rectification, participate in audits, etc.

61 制定年度EHS培训计划，组织特殊工种作业培训，实施各项安全教育培训，定期组织应急救援演练。

Formulate annual EHS training plan, organize special operations training, implement safety education and training, and organize emergency drills regularly.

61 执行EHS部门的日常管理工作，包括但不仅限于工业废弃物，危险废弃物，日常环境检测，职业卫生体检及检测，消防维保等。

61 Conduct daily management of EHS, including disposal of industrial waste & hazardous waste, daily environmental testing, occupational health examination and testing, fire system maintenance, etc.

61 其他上级领导交办的工作任务。

任职要求：

本科及以上学历，环境工程、安全工程、化学工程等相关专业

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in environmental engineering, safety engineering, chemical engineering, etc

至少3年以上生产性企业EHS相关工作经验

At least 3 years EHS related working experience in production enterprises

熟悉国家EHS相关法律法规

Familiar with national EHS laws and regulations

熟悉工厂/供应链EHS体系管理，如安全生产标准化，ISO14001&45001等

Familiar with factory/supply chain EHS system management, such as safety production standardization, ISO14001&45001, etc

熟悉消防安全管理，具备事故调查和隐患排查能力

Familiar with fire safety management, have the ability of accident investigation and hidden danger investigation

注册安全工程师证书

Certified Safety Engineer

消防管理证书

Fire management certificate

职业卫生管理证书

Occupational Health management certificate

熟练使用office办公软件

Proficient in using Office software

英语四级，听说读写熟练

Cet-4 or above, proficient in English
