2、Implement all kinds of regulations and requirements of the company and quality department to standardize work and improve work efficiency.

执行公司和质量部门的各种制度和要求，使工作规范化，提高工作效率。

3、Participate in quality planning of new project development phase.

参与新项目开发阶段的质量策划。

4、Make statistics of supplier quality data, compile monthly quality report and determine improvement direction.

对供应商质量数据进行统计，编制质量月报，确定改善方向。

5、Organize regular quality issue analysis and discussion meeting with supplier.

负责组织与供应商定期进行质量问题分析讨论会议。

6、Responsible for supplier quality claim.

负责供应商质量索赔工作。

7、Be responsible for handling, resolving and tracking all issues and issues related to parts suppliers until they are completely resolved.

负责处理、解决和跟踪所有和零部件供应商相关的事项和问题，直到事项和问题被彻底解决。

8、Responsible for the inspection and audit of the inspection standard of parts and components to ensure that the inspection standard can meet the control requirements.

9、Responsible for supplier qualification audit

10、Participate in supplier management, develop, audit and evaluate supplier.

参与供方管理，进行供方的开发、审核与评价工作。

11、Supplier qualification confirmation and sample confirmation

供应商资格确认以及样品确认。

12、Prepare annual supplier review plan and organize related personnel to review suppliers according to the plan. Follow up the nonconformities reviewed, require the supplier to make rectification according to the time node, and reserve the evidence of improvement.

编制年度供应商评审计划，并按照计划组织相关人员对供应商进行评审。对评审的不符合项进行跟踪，要求供应商按照时间节点进行整改，并对改善的证据进行保留。

13、Responsible for feedback quality information to the supplier, and verify the rectification effect, if necessary, on-site audit.

负责向供方反馈质量信息，并验证整改效果，必要时可进行现场审核。

14、Assist suppliers to improve quality system, improve management level, provide qualified parts, ensure normal production operation.

帮助供应商完善质量体系，提高管理水准，提供合格零件，确保生产正常运作。

15、Manage and direct incoming inspectors.

管理指导来料检验员。

素质要求：

1.Be familliar with the IATF16949 standard, FORMEL Q, VDA

6.3&6.5 and related rules. it's better possess the certificate of internal auditor TS16949.

熟悉 IATF 16949, FORMEL Q, VDA

6.3&6.5等相关标准。

2.Be familiar with APQP,PPAP,SPC, PFMEA,MSA core quality tools

熟悉APQP,PPAP,SPC, PFMEA,MSA 等质量工具。

3.Be familiar with stamping process and related knowledges.

熟悉冲压过程相关知识。

4.The Microsoft office operation system of computer should be skilled.

熟练发操作Microsoft office 操作系统。

5. Good communication skill and well coordinates with related departments.

良好的沟通和协调技能。
