WH Keeper 仓管员

In accordance with the requirements of the operating instructions of the execution of the goods Receiving, Issuing, Returning, storage, packaging and Shipping, ERP related daily affairs. Give safety / accurate / efficient support for production and other departments to achieve inventory accuracy rate.

工作职责(Responsibilities):

根据工作需要，仓管员应能够适应仓库各组的工作.

According to the requirements of daily work, warehouse keeper should be able to adapt to the work of each team.

1. 按照作业指导书及相关程序文件执行账务组日常工作。按《存货盘点作业指引》执行循环盘点及日常盘点工作，检讨及改进库存管理工作，提高库存准确率。按物料的状态将其存放于不同区域，隔离存放及管理MRB、来料不良品、报废品。在账务组组长的组织下开展具体工作。

Perform account team’s daily work according to related WI and procedures. Implement the cycle inventory count and routine count as per the requirement of "Inventory count WI", review and improve inventory management, improve inventory accuracy. The materials should be stored in different areas as per different status. Separate to storage and manage MRB, rejects, scrap. Account team warehouse leader in charge to assign specific work to warehouse keeper.

2. 按照作业指导书及相关程序文件要求执行材料组的工作，坚持先进先出、先帐后物等仓库管理基本原则。在材料组组长的组织下开展具体工作。

Perform material management team’s daily work according to related WI and procedures. To adhere to the basic principles of the warehouse management, such as FIFO, “*** recording then receiving/issuing”. Carry out specific work under the material management warehouse leader's organization.

3. 按照作业指导书及相关程序文件要求执行成品组的工作，坚持先进先出、先帐后物等仓库管理基本原则。在成品组组长的组织下开展具体工作。

Perform FG team’s daily work according to related WI and procedures. To adhere to the basic principles of the warehouse management, such as FIFO, “*** recording then receiving/issuing” Carry out specific work under the FG team warehouse leader's organization.

4. 仓库货物的防护和安全工作。Cargos protection and safety work.

5. 通过执行6S工作，不断提升仓库现场管理水平。

The implementation of 6S management work, continue to improve the field management.

6. 适时轮岗及完成上级交办的其他工作。

Job rotation and deal with other assignments assigned by superior.

任职资格(Qualification) :

教育背景:(Education background)

◆高中或中专以上学历Senior high school or technical secondary school above

培训经历:(Training experience)

◆受过仓储管理、产品知识等方面的培训Training on material handling, moving, storage preferred

工作经验(Work experience):

◆2年以上仓储工作经验Min 2 years of warehouse work experience

技能技巧(Skills)

◆熟悉物流管理业务流程Be familiar with basic logistics

◆熟练操作办公软件Be skillful OA, excel, words
