Local & Regional HNW Compliance needs an E2E case management tool for ICS team to perform Compliance Enhanced due Diligence process. The tool is expected to streamline the creation, tracking, and management of the EDD, Improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration across teams.
The position of Senior Operation Service Engineer is responsible for effective development, ensure that appropriate, company approved, standards solutions are applied, provide production support after the Go-live.
Job Responsibilities:
61 Participate in requirements analysis, system architecture, system launch, system maintenance, and technical solution design, development, and implementation.
61 Build high-performance modules and optimize system performance.
61 Participate in network and data security solution design and implementation.
61 Collaborate across multiple regions to enhance overall team technical capabilities.
61 Continuously learn cutting-edge technologies and apply them to company business.
Technology Skill :
61 Solid Java foundation, understanding of JVM principles, and strong programming skills in Java IO, multithreading, common design patterns, and networking.
61 Technical knowledge in Frontend Angular, Backend Java, DB MongoDB, Middleware Azure Service Bus
61 Proficiency in mainstream open source frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, and familiarity with commonly used third-party libraries.
61 Proficiency in Angular, Vue, and React, and familiarity with front-end engineering practices (such as Webpack and Vite).
61 Familiarity with database design (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB), excellent SQL writing and tuning skills, and familiarity with common NoSQL storage systems.
61 Familiarity with common message queue middleware, such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and RocketMQ.
61 Familiarity with Python web development (Django and Flask), data processing, etc..
61 Familiarity with microservices architecture concepts and implementation techniques.
61 Familiarity with Jenkins and GitLab. Proficiency in CI and other tools, with the ability to configure and manage automated pipelines.
61 Mastery of Docker/Kubernetes containerization technologies, familiarity with service meshes (such as Istio) and microservices architectures.
61 Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining Azure/Alibaba Cloud/AWS platforms.
61 Experience in system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and log analysis, Linux usage, and scripting.
61 Experience practicing a DevOps culture and cloud native.
61 Experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure (Ali Cloud/Azure), including containerization (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud native.
Preferred Skills :
61 Passion for AI and emerging technologies, familiarity with common programming frameworks and tools in the field of generative AI, and experience working with large models (such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and Qwen).
61 Understanding of the basic concepts, processes, and methods of AI, especially the theory of large models.
Soft Skill
61 Demonstrated success delivering complex IT projects from a business operations, planning and implementation perspective. (MUST)
61 Operating knowledge of AML processes, organization, systems and procedures would be an asset
61 Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, and with ability to provide updates to all levels.
61 Working with individuals located in different geographic locations (Asia and North America) and different cultural backgrounds. Must be able to work effectively and influence others from a distance.
61 Must be flexible and adaptable when dealing with change.
61 Managing various competing requests at the same time.
61 Must understand the business operations and strategy, and how initiatives / technology can “enable” it.
61 Ability to drive and facilitate file/data mapping and validation testing with internal/external business partners i.e. BU users, vendor and banks.
