QA Engineer (Chemistry)

Especially for chemical products, understanding the design intention and Work with factory for sampling, create Product specification for development, work with factory for product risk and production risk assessment. Work with the factory for product improvement, attend BAH & TPR meetings and do Pilot run production validation, work with factory on production process control to meet quality expectations; take charge of Initial bulk production validation and onsite overview.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

To work with PM, factory, QC and USO QA to ensure the product meet HGU’s quality requirement from development to final sample approval.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Instruction sheet review

2. Components sample (red sample)sign off

3. Final sample (yellow sample) review & sign off

4. Create the product specifications with measurable parameters for compounds products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: College or above

2. Preferred Major: Chemical analysis

3. Experience: 3 year+ QA engineer experience at chemical industrial or lab, good knowledge on quality requirement & manufacture process, knowledge on plastic, metal, fabric, glass, stationery, etc. hard goods will be advantage. Experience in creating chemical industrial standard will be preferred.

4. Familiar with glue, paint category, have solid work experience in Sampling / manufacturing/ development.

5. Personality: responsible, careful, compression resistance, good communication skill, good at English reading & writing, good at office software such as excel & word.
