岗位职责
Process credit application, exercise credit judgment in evaluating applications relating to both personal and SME loan products in compliance with the established policy guidelines as well as operating procedures Assess credit and financial strength of borrowers to determine creditworthiness and acceptable credit exposure levels for credit approval Participate in products program features design, workflow and risk acceptance criteria development Participate in loan system enhancement
任职要求
岗位要求: Bachelor Degree holder in Statistics/ Economics/ Computer Science/ Risk Management/ Business Administration or related discipline At least 3-5 years of experience in retail credit approval, exposure in SME loan approval is a plus; Knowledge of SME and retail lending practices with a good understanding of credit risk proficient in the suite of Microsoft Office products and credit risk tools
