岗位职责

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Drive the development and execution of supply chain strategies that align with business goals. Process Improvement: Implement Industrial Engineering (IE) practices, Production Planning and Control (PPC), and Total Quality Management (TQM) principles to enhance operational efficiency. Customer Service Excellence: Foster a culture of outstanding customer service and ensure responsiveness to customers’ needs. Sustainability Initiatives: Champion Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices within the supply chain operations. Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

任职要求

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in IE, PPC, CSR, ESG, and TQM. For the Director position, a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience is required. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge and expertise in supply chain management technologies and best practices are required.
