客户质量工程师CQE

1) 负责顾客抱怨质量问题的沟通Responsible for communicating customer complaints about quality issues.

2) 负责顾客质量抱怨的协调解决、反馈，并推动内部对紧急事件的立即反应Responsible for coordinating and resolving customer quality complaints, providing feedback, and promoting immediate internal response to emergencies.

3) 负责定期收集顾客质量问题，汇总质量信息反馈状况，并推动内部改进Responsible for regularly collecting customer quality issues, summarizing quality information feedback status, and being able to drive internal improvement.

4) 负责及时向上级汇报顾客质量信息，如每日的Audit扣分情况，车间紧急事件等Responsible for timely reporting customer quality information to superiors, such as daily audit deductions, workshop emergencies, etc.

5) 负责协调顾客现场服务团队的管理，确保现场服务有效进行Responsible for coordinating the management of customer on-site service teams to ensure effective on-site services.

6) 负责协调顾客特殊项目的开展Responsible for coordinating the implementation of customer special projects.

7) 负责售后索赔相关工作Responsible for after-sales claims related work.

8) 负责定期收集客户反馈索赔件，核实、整理并组织分析小组进行分析改善不良现象Responsible for regularly collecting customer feedback claims, verifying, organizing and analyzing teams to analyze and improve adverse phenomena.

9) 完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作Complete other related work assigned by superior.

二、Specialized knowledge and skills专业知识和技能

1） 本科及以上学历，汽车、机械、工程或者管理类相关专业；

College degree or above, major in automotive ，mechanical，engine or related.

2） 至少3-5年以上质量管理类相关工作经验；

At least 3-5 years of Quality Management related work experience.

3） 能用英语进行日常沟通；

Able to have daily communication in English.

4） 熟悉工程更改和顾客认可流程；

Familiar with engineering changes and customer recognition processes.

5） 熟悉产品生产工艺流程。

Familiar with product production process flow.

6） 具备IATF16949质量管理体系工作经验。

Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system.

7） 熟悉Formel Q，VDA6.3和6.5等客户要求；熟悉五大手册等质量工具。

Familiar with Formel Q，VDA6.3，VDA6.5，APQP，PPAP，FMEA，SPC and MSA；etc.
