1.根据公司研发需求，开展临床质谱方法学开发，包括血药浓度，激素浓度，代谢生物标记物，蛋白生物标记物领域等

2.对以上领域进行进一步临床检测试剂产品开发的实验设计,质量控制，保证产品的精确度和可检测性

3.与医院建立临床转化合作项目，推进质谱检测方法学到临床转化进程

4.根据临床转化需求，为合作机构提供包括方法学开发在内服务

任职资格:

1.博士5年或硕士6年相关领域工作经验，药物化学、药理学、临床医学、医学检验等相关专业；

2.熟悉液相色谱/串联质谱相关理论，能够独立开发临床质谱相关定量检测方法和解决方法学问题

2. Familiar with liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry related theories, able to independently develop clinical mass spectrometry related quantitative detection methods and solve methodological problems

3.有1年以上在医院检验科或第三方检测机构日常管理和检测临床样品的候选人优先

Candidates with more than 1 year of experience in daily management and testing of clinical samples in hospital laboratory departments or third-party testing institutions are preferred

4.良好的英文读写能力，快速文献检索，分析并独立完成市场调研和行业最新动态报告
