Product Quality Engineer-Hardware Engineer TV

61 Responsible for complete product testing including functionality, performance, and technical specification verification; ensure compliance with industry and national standards, conduct environmental and reliability tests, EMC and safety regulation testing, and issue corresponding test reports.

61 Communicate and coordinate with suppliers on product quality issues during both project kick-off and mass production phases (e.g., evaluate and approve CAP/PAP reports, FMEA activities, etc.).

61 Familiar with and capable of following up on product-related regulations and compliance requirements across target countries/regions. Ensure products consistently meet market access requirements based on applicable laws and standards.

61 Research global and industry-related standards. Develop and optimize hardware testing and measurement methods according to company or customer-specific standards.

61 Collaborate with suppliers’ QA and R&D teams to drive product improvement.

61 Work cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sourcing, and other departments to ensure project progress and successful delivery.

61 Manage testing schedules, payment processes, and evaluation of results with third-party testing laboratories.

61 Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

61 Frequent domestic travel is required.

Job Requirements:

61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Radio Communication, Computer Engineering, or related majors.

61 More than 3 years of experience in TV product testing or R&D. With end-to-end ownership of TV products testing through to mass production will be a plus.

61 Familiar with TV regulations across different regions.

61 Proficient in analog and digital circuits, and experienced with relevant tools such as high-speed oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.

61 Solid understanding of circuit principles, deep knowledge of TV operation and development processes, and strong grasp of basic LCD principles.

61 Good foundation in electronics; knowledge of analog and digital circuit design. Experience in circuit design is a plus.

61 Possess a continuous learning mindset and willingness to expand technical knowledge across different product categories.

61 Familiar with quality management systems; knowledge of Six Sigma, 8D corrective actions, FMEA, or other statistical analysis methods is preferred.

61 Excellent English communication skills, especially spoken English.69

2. 负责产品的整机功能、性能和指标测试，产品技术要求、行标、通标等标准符合性测试，环境及可靠性测试，EMC及安规测试，输出相应测试报告。

3. 在项目启动阶段和量产阶段，与供应商就产品质量问题进行沟通协商（如评估和批准CAP/PAP报告、FMEA工作等）。

4. 熟悉并且跟进各目标国家/地区与产品相关的法律法规, 根据法律法规和标准的实施要求，确保公司产品持续满足市场准入要求。

5. 研究全球及行业相关标准，根据公司或者客户的特殊标准，制定和完善硬件测试、测量方法

6. 跟进供应商的质量保障部门和研发部门推动产品改进。

7. 跨团队协作，与RD，Marketing，Sourcing等部门协作，确保项目顺利进行。

8. 管理与第三方测试机构之间的测试排期、付款流程及测试结果的评估.

9. 完成上级安排的其他临时任务。

10. 需要频繁的国内出差。

任职要求

1. 本科以上学历，电子、无线电、计算机等相关专业；

2. 3年以上TV产品测试评价或研发工作经验. 有主导负责过一个完整TV项目测试到量产的优先；

3. 熟悉TV行业各个区域认证标准

4. 熟悉数字、模拟电路，熟悉相关开发工具高速示波器、频谱仪等

5. 具有扎实的电路知识，精通电视机原理和产品开发流程，精通和了解LCD的基本原理

6. 具有良好的电路基础，熟悉模拟电路及数字电路知识，有电路设计经验优先

7. 拥有持续学习的态度，愿意提升对不同产品的技术理解能力。

8. 熟悉质量管理体系，了解六西格玛（6 Sigma）、8D纠正措施、FMEA或其他统计分析方法者优先

9. 优秀的英文沟通能力（尤其是口语表达）。
