IT经理

1.精通IT业务流程管理，熟悉汽车行业信息化系统的规划与建设；

Proficient in IT business process management, be familiar with the planning and construction of automobile industry information system;

2.精通IT整车系统的设计、整车工艺技术及质量控制方法；

Familiar with application system design, vehicle technology and quality control methods;

3.熟悉汽车业生产、计划、物料、供应链管理等流程。

Familiar with production, planning, materials, supply chain management and other processes of the automotive industry.

4.至少8年以上IT管理经验，不低于2个整车建厂经验；

At least 8 years IT management experience, no less than 2 vehicle plant construction experience

5.良好的技术能力、理性决策能力、把握大局能力；

Good technical ability, rational decision-making ability, ability to grasp the overall situation;

6.良好的协作性、进取心、责任感；

Good cooperation, initiative and responsibility;

7.良好的团队建设、指导培养、引导激励能力；

工作职责：

1.根据集团及公司的经营目标，负责年度工作计划的制定及IT项目的规划及实施

From the user's point of view, collect, collate and analyze business pain points and new requirements;

2.跨工厂的业务流程改善，企划、整合与实施；

Cross-plant business process improvement, plan, integration and run;

3.应用系统（SAP/MES/LES/PBOM/QMS）的改善、运维，确保0停线

Improvement, maintenance of the production system (SAP/MES/LES/PBOM/QMS) to ensure zero stoppages;

4.工厂基础设施的企划、构建、改善与运维；

Infrastructure system planning, construction, improvement and maintenance;

5.公司级信息化标准、制度、策略的制定、推广与审计；

Company-level informatization standard, policy and strategy making, promotion and audit;

6.科室人才育成、团队协作

IT team building, talent training

7.其他上级安排的日常事务性相关工作；

Other related daily routine work arranged by line manager;
