 Plan the manufacturing processes of whole products.

 Plan the manufacturing schedules.

 Optimization of products cost structures

 Monitor and control of production quality in an overall view and to certain particular process.

 Draft , implement and optimize work plan.

 Documentation of process flow, reporting, controlling.

 Coordination in internal production and outsourcing activities .

 Manpower and production resources planning and allocation

 Understanding of significant environmental aspects and important OH&S risk and control measures , and mastering of emergency response plan of the positions.

 Comply with company rules and regulations, including HSE, environment and quality requirements and policies;

 Other tasks given by leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 At least 8 years working experiences in production planning, prefer in shipping industry, heavy machinery manufacturing industry.

 In-depth welding knowledge.

 Understand process in production.
