2. Ensure CR production equipment smooth running, solving mechanical issues.

确保瓦楞辊生产设备稳定运行，处理机械问题；

3. To carry out preventive maintenance schedule and checklist strictly, and timely update related checklist and related SOP.

根据设备保养计划严格安排和执行设备保养工作，并根据设备的实际情况更新保养清单和相关的操作指导书；

4.To setup system to analyze and track machines efficiency / breakdown.

建立分析和跟踪机器效率/故障的系统；

5. To plan and execute continuous improvement projects relating to production machines to improve availability.

计划和实施持续改善，提高生产设备的可利用率；

6. To maintain key spare parts management.

关键备件的管理；

7. Support and perform the modification of major machine

支持并配合执行设备的技术改造；

8. Support, arrange and coordinate the machine overhaul during plant mobilization.

设备搬厂时候支持配合安排协调设备大修；

9. Other tasks assigned by superior
