Review machining requirement from customer spec, drawing, and contract/order, then convert it into internal technical requirement in process, including establish process routing, BOM, SOP and CNC program.

Be responsible for NPI or process modification test in workshop, collect test data, prepare test report and train the operators.

Be responsible for related configuration management, including drawing change management, edit internal technical documents, etc.

及时响应并解决机加工生产过程的技术问题，负责根本原因调查和分析、纠正和预防措施的制定和实施等。

Timely respond and solve technical issues in machining process, be responsible for root cause investigation and analyse, corrective and preventive action definition and implementation.

主导或参与机加工过程改进项目，如加工时间优化、质量提升、成本节约等。

Lead or participate process improvement project, such as operation time reduction, quality improvement, cost saving, etc.

监督操作员工依据规范要求进行生产作业，对相关的记录报告进行检查、评审。

Monitor operators during machining operations, check and review the records and reports.

负责机加工相关技术或管理文件（规范、作业指导书、培训材料、表格等）的编制和相关人员培训，适用时根据质量管理要求安排操作员技术能力考试并完成结果评价。

Be responsible for machining related documents (WI, SOP, training material, forms, etc.) edit and training, when applicable, organize operator exam and evaluation according to quality management requirement.

参与机加工设备采购的技术规范制定、设备选型、技术沟通、验收测试等工作。

Participate machine procurement activity, including technical specification draft, machine selection, technical communication, acceptance, etc.

负责与加德纳总部和其它工厂进行必要的技术沟通和经验分享。

Be responsible for technical communication and best practice sharing among Gardner Chengdu, UK and other cooperation sites.

负责支持机加工工艺的内部和外部审核工作，包括内审、客户审核、第三方审核。

Support internal audit, customer audit and other 3rd party audit for responsible processes.

Core skills/attributes needed:

职位要求：

机械相关专业，本科及以上学历。

Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering.

至少5年以上铝合金数控加工经验，具有机加工领域较强的理论知识和实践经验，航空航天行业或汽车行业优先。

At least 5 years’ CNC manufacturing experiences in Aluminium machining process, aerospace or automobile industry will be preferred.

有新产品导入经验、能独立负责新产品工艺开发和5轴数控编程经验的优先。

Have NPI experience, be able to independently develop new product process and 5-axis machine programming is preferred.

具有使用Catia或其它自动编程软件进行编程的能力, 能使用Catia或Solidworks等3D软件进行必要的工具设计。具备编程仿真模拟经验和FANUC等高级编程能力可作为加分项。

Be able to program with Catia or other automatic programming software, and design fixtures or tools with Catia, Solidworks or other 3D drawing software. Programming simulation experience and FANUC advanced application skill is a plus.

能够使用8D、5WHY、鱼骨图等工具进行根本原因分析，有DMAIC（Lean-Sigma）项目经验的优先。

Be able to have root cause analysis with quality tools like 8D, 5WHY and fishbone analysis, experience of DMAIC (Lean-Sigma) project is preferred.

有上进心、工作积极认真、有较强的质量意识，能够通过跨部门合作按期完成工作任务。

Aspirant, active and hardworking, strong quality awareness, ability to work in cross-functional teams to deliver plans on time.

能熟练阅读英文规范和图纸，写作及口语熟练者更佳。

Skilled in reading English technical documents and drawings, skilled in writing and speaking will be desired.
