Product Designer

Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end user experience and interface design for complex B2B SaaS products, productivity tools, or internal systems — from requirement gathering and workflow design to high-fidelity delivery and final review.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and are effectively implemented.Conduct user research and data analysis to deeply understand business needs and uncover user insights to drive experience improvements.Proactively drive and continuously optimize product experiences to increase user retention and satisfaction.Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices, introducing innovative ideas to elevate product experiences.Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.Apply strong logical thinking and systematic design approaches to streamline complex workflows and ensure a seamless user experience.Continuously learn and adapt new design methodologies and trends to enhance project outcomes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related fields.4+ years of UX/UI design experience working on complex B2B SaaS products, productivity tools, or enterprise internal systems.Strong expertise in end-to-end interaction design, capable of independently delivering from user flows to high-fidelity designs.Excellent logical thinking skills, with the ability to organize complex information into clear, effective user experiences.Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, able to drive alignment across teams.Business-driven mindset with a passion for understanding and growing product value.Proficient in Figma and other major design tools; experienced in building and maintaining design systems.Self-motivated, proactive, and quick to learn new domains and technologies.Bonus Points:Experience in e-commerce or advertising management
