？ 标准工时制定；？ Create standard production hour;？ 生产流程作业指导书制定；？ Make instruction book for production process;？ 规划生产线，制定生产线配置图；？ Plan production line and make related layout;？ 推行方法改善，降低人工成本和工时，确定生产顺利进行；？ Push working methods improvement, reduce labor hour and labor cost to ensure successful production;？ 工厂布局设计与优化；？ Design and optimization of plant layout;？ 参与制定BOM工艺路线制定、修改及核准，并跟催BOM建立；？ Participate in BOM creating, revising and checking, then tracking on all the business;？ 消耗性材料用量估算，推动成本降低行动；？ Estimation of material consumption, push cost reduction;？ 规划并提供生产线应有之设备，并加以改善；？ Design and improve necessary equipments for production line;？ 提出优化生产工艺流程、提高生产效率、降低库存的实施方案;？ Provide improvement proposal for process, production efficiency and stock reduction;？ 提出合理设计、改善员工作业动作和方法，并将改善方法作业标准化;？ Provide reasonable design to improve worker’s operation activity, and standardize the improved operations;？ 协助改善人-机系统，降低员工疲劳度，改善员工作业环境，消除、减少浪费;？ Assist to improve labor-machine system, reduce worker’s fatigue, improve working environment and eliminate the waste;？ 参与各精益管理方案的研讨，参与精益管理实施工作；.？ Participate in different discussion and implementation about lean production proposal;？ 本科及以上学历，机械工程、工艺制造相关专业；？ Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery engineering, technical manufacturing or related course; ？ 具有两年以上大中型企业工艺工程工作经验；？ With more than two years technical engineering working experience in large or medium enterprise;？ SAP 系统，熟练运用办公软件;？ Proficiency in SAP. Microsoft Office (Word Excel, Power point, Outlook.)；？ 塑料开发和汽车工业深厚的知识背景。对精益生产经验丰富？ Great knowledge of plastic engineering and automotive industry. With rich experience of lean production. ？ 具有亲和力、沟通协调和说服能力强,、工作认真严谨，较好的文字表达能力；？ Easygoing person with great communication and coordination ability, great persuasive ability and good literal presentation skills;？ 讲究团队合作，领导力和抗压力强，思维活跃，爱岗敬业，善于计划，富有常识;？ Team work, Leadership, empathy stress resistance, quick mental, dedicated to the company, good planner, common sense.
