Product Quality Engineer

* Be the project owner, prepare and apply the product approval scheme including but not limited to safety, reliability, and performance test.

* Follow country-related regulations regarding product range.

* Implement the product based and supplier-based audits and inspections.

* Negotiate with vendors over the quality issues of products for both project kick-off phase and mass production audits (evaluate and approve CAP/PAP reports, FMEA works etc.).

* Manage regular project meetings across departments.

* Chasing the quality assurance and R&D departments of vendors for product improvements.

* For new projects, assurance of the product compliances subject to obligatory regulations and follow up from A to Z.

* Manage testing schedules, payments, assessment of test results with 3rd party testing companies.

* Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

* Frequent domestic travel needed.

Key Qualifications

* Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical, electronic engineering or related majors.

* Minimum 3 years experience in similar industry.

* Excellent command of English (especially spoken English).

* Technical background for Floor care category products is a must (Vacuum Cleaner, Vacuum Clean Robot, Floor Cleaning Machine, etc.)

* RD background of Floor Care products will be preferred.

* Experience in other home appliances like Small domestic appliances, cooling product, White goods or brown goods will be a plus.

* Continuous learning attitude on technical ability for different products

* Knowledge about quality system management, 6sigma, 8D corrective action, FMEA or any other statistical analysis method.

任职资格：

* 机械工程、电子工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

* 三年以上相关工作经验。

* 优秀的英文沟通能力（尤其是口语表达）。

* 必须具备地面清洁类产品的技术背景（如吸尘器、扫地机器人、地板清洁机等）。

* 有地面清洁产品研发背景者优先。

* 有其他家电产品经验者加分，如小家电、制冷产品、白电或黑电等。

* 拥有持续学习的态度，愿意提升对不同产品的技术理解能力。

* 熟悉质量管理体系，了解六西格玛（6 Sigma）、8D纠正措施、FMEA或其他统计分析方法者优先
