Senior Project Engineer

1. Support for the sales on the technical field to achieve NBO and sales target;从技术层面支持销售业务，以达成NBO和销售目标。

2. Project Management to meet customer requirements and build good business relationship.管理项目达到客户要求并创建良好的商业关系。

3. Support for the internal team to developing the new projects and production;负责内部技术支持，开发新项目和解决生产上的技术问题。

Main Responsibilities & Tasks主要职责与任务：

1. Mainly contact windows for both internal and external of project management.项目管理中对内，外部沟通的主要窗口。

2. Confirm the price, terms, prints when get the PO from the customers;从客户那里取得订单时要确认价格，条款及图纸。

3. Lead project team kick-off the project and provide DFM, Gantt chart to customer.领导项目小组开启项目并制定DFM,项目计划给客户。

4. Project management according to APQP process.按照APQP流程进行项目管理。

5. Arrange and monitor the project status, resource leveling to ensure project schedule.安排并监控项目状况，资源平衡以保证项目计划。

6. Transfer the project to operation department for mass production after FA approval.样品承认后将项目转交运营部门进行批量生产。

7. Support for the operation team on the existing projects;对已有项目的运营团队的活动予以支持。

8. Other unmentioned job which ordered by Supervisor.完成上司交付的其它工作任务。

Job Requirements & Competencies 职务要求与胜任条件

Education & Professional Experience 教育背景和职业经验：

1. Bachelors degree or above in a mechanical or engineering field.大学本科或以上学历，机械或机械工程专业

2. Minimum 5 years experience in Auto Or stamping drill or stamping, include busbar 、plastics function’s project experience.至少五年在汽车行业或金属冲压或拉深、Busbar或者塑胶领域工作的经验。

3. Project Engineer or QE from auto industry is priority.来自汽车行业的项目工程师或质量工程师优先。

Essential Training/Professional Skills 主要专业知识和技能：

1. Comprehensive knowledge in technical filed, acquire the new product knowledge quickly;具有技术综合知识，擅长学习，能很快地理解和掌握新产品的技术知识；

2. Know well APQP and PPAP knowledge.了解APQP和PPAP相关知识。

3. Good project management and communication skills.具有良好的项目管理和沟通能力。

4. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese。具有良好的中英文语言沟通能力。

5. Fluent English speaking, lead communication with customers in con-call or on site. 流利的英语听说能力，能够在电话会议中或现场主导与英语国家客户的顺畅沟通。
